Boyd & Boyd has been my “go to” estate planning service since my wife and I moved to the Cape in 2003. They took the time necessary to explain all our options and then originated a detailed estate plan for us. I have found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and competent. Most recently I needed a legal document necessary for refinancing my mortgage during the pandemic. Even though their staff was working from home they did the necessary research and provided the document in a very timely manner. They keep up to date with the many legal and financial changes that occur over time and encourage their clients review their estate plans in order to keep the plans current. Boyd & Boyd also conducts informative seminars from time to time for their clients. I recommend them very highly.

I recommend Boyd & Boyd for Estate Management and Planning without qualification. My wife and I "discovered" Boyd & Boyd, the Estate Management and Planning Law Firm located in Hyannis, in 2005. After attending a few seminars presented by Keats Boyd III, and his father, Keats Boyd, Jr (now deceased) we sat down with Keats (III) and began what is now 15 years of excellent estate planning support from a great team of experts. Keats has prepared Revocable Trust, Revocable IRA Trust, Real Estate Trust, and other documents for us that promise optimum Estate and Income Tax savings when end-of-life events occur. He is also creator and Trustee of a Charitable Remainder Trust we created that has provided major tax savings over 15 years in distributions of the proceeds of a real estate sale back in 2006. I recommend the services of Boyd & Boyd to anyone having Estate Management and Planning needs. The expertise levels of Keats and this team are without qualification,. He and his staff are ex...

My wife Gloria and I have worked with Keats Boyd on our estate plan for approximately seven years. During all of that period we have found the experience to be a completely pleasurable one. We have worked on writing our wills, trusts, IRA trusts, asset transfers etc. During this entire time Keats and the other professionals at his firm have been terrific. They have explained to us all that needed to be done, answered all of our questions and prepared all of the documents that we need as part of our plan. In addition they have kept us up to date on any changes that needed to be made because of changes in the tax laws or any other laws that had an impact on our plan. In summary Gloria and I could not be more pleased with the attitude, the professionalism, and the thoroughness of Keats and his team of competent professionals at Boyd and Boyd. Ed Casieri
